Let's go, everybody! It's NYCC time! Prepare for an avalanche of news updates from the convention. Let's move to the X-Men panel, where some new storylines have been announced, as well as a relaunch - Peter David and Carmine Di DiGiandomenico will be the creative team for All-New X-Factor.

All week Marvel has been teasing their New York Comic-Con announcements with one word teasers. Just how much can be gleaned from a word and a font treatment depends on how closely you follow Team Marvel, but we've been making some guesses.

Good news from Peter David, the popular writer who had a stroke while vacationing at Disneyland. Because of the incredibly unfortunate timing (not that there is ever a good time to have a stroke) he has been rehabbing in a Florida treatment center, far from his New York home. Wife Kathleen has been updating everyone on his progress and David has been using Dragon Dictation to post to his blog and keep up with work. He's been making good progress, and now some very good news.:
