Rell is your typical space mercenary except for the fact she has a halo. The halo is part of a 3D hologram she projects as her appearance—and it's a technology a lot of people would like to get their hands on. Meanwhile, Rell would just like to get rid of her halo so people don't project their angel fantasies on her—and her new job searching space for the huge floating body of the dead god Det'houna isn't helping.

When I first got this email, I read it as "Ended their relationship, and I was like WHA--???!?!? But no no, the correct title is "IDW And Hasbro Celebrate 10 Years By Extending Their Relationship " which makes a ton of sense. Books like Transformers, GI Joe and My Little Pony have become mainstays for IDW and often damn good comics, like the epic TRANSFORMERS VS GI JOE that Tom Scioli and John Barber turned into a critical hit.

Every so often comics get away from their high soaring superhero mythos to tell stories that kick you to the ground and shove your face in the mud. Big Man Plans is one of those books. It’s an unrelenting dropkick to the groin that puts a mirror to those a**hole parts of humanity we wish didn’t exist, and it does so in the best way possible.

I guess the View ladies boofed this but the news is out-- and PSYCHE IT WASN'T STAR WARS! Marvel is gathering its heroines for A-Force, an all female Avengers, with the creative team of Marguerite Bennett, G. Willow Wilson and Jorge Molina. A raft of PR went out at 11:30 after the View was supposed to announce this, but they didn't because.... Martha Stewart came on and talked about fringe, and Kim Catrall talked about life after the city of sex or something. YOU CANNOT CONTROL THE LADIES OF THE VIEW, people.
