Marvel has released a new, two-and-a-half minute TV spot for Avengers: Endgame. The ad features scenes from all of the previous MCU films, showing just how far these characters have come over the past eleven years. Check it out:

The spot feels similar to the previous theatrical trailer, which incorporated key imagery from the introductory Iron Man, Thor, and Captain America films. This new spot expands the focus to include the wider MCU as well. It also includes a handy viewing order in case you’ve forgotten where Doctor Strange falls in the mix (I can never remember if it’s before or after GotG Vol. 2).
With only ten days to go until Endgame hits theaters, it’s no surprise that this teaser features very little new material, and only additional shots of scenes we’ve already seen glimpses of. The new shots are again of the team in their fancy new uniforms, as they prepare to take the fight to Thanos:
Chris Evans (Captain America) and Robert Downey Jr. (Iron Man) in "Avengers: Endgame"
Steve looks tired.
Avengers Assemble in "Avengers: Endgame."
I love little Rocket reaching up to join the team. We’ve seen surprisingly little of Rocket in the promo for Endgame, and I’m excited to see him interact with the rest of the Avengers. I also appreciate the circle image as a callback to Tony Stark’s original ARC reactor, which set all of this into motion.
Avengers: Endgame opens on May 26th. Like you didn’t already know that.

  1. Wait a minute? The Incredible Hulk is considered an official Marvel movie in the storyline? Not sure if I realized that.

  2. Interesting to read about the press junkets for this movie. The “journalists” weren’t allowed to see the movie, but still wrote articles kissing Marvel’s and Disney’s asses.
Groveling for “access” seems to be the story here.
