Marvel Comics has revealed a new variant cover for the upcoming Captain America #1 by artist Leinil Francis Yu. The series, featuring art by Yu and written by acclaimed writer Ta-Nehisi Coates, has the Star-Spangled Avenger facing new enemies and continuing to deal with the fallout from the Secret Empire storyline.
Marvel sure does love their variant covers, and this open-to-order cover joins the nine previously-announced variants for Captain America #1. Those covers feature art from past Cap artists like Jim Steranko and Ron Garney, as well as Joe Jusko, Marco Djurdjevic, and Adam Hughes, among others.
