Announced today at ComicsPro, legendary Marvel creator Jim Starlin is teaming up with the equally esteemed Alan Davis for a brand new mini-series focused on Marvel’s hottest property:
Guardians of the Galaxy: Mother Entropy, a five issue limited series, will be a standalone story centered on Star-Lord and company facing off against the title villain, a new cosmic threat created by Starlin. Davis, in addition to serving on art duties, did some minor redesigns on the Guardians.
This series will also induct Pip the Troll, Starlin’s long-time Adam Warlock companion, into the team…just ahead of a possible movie appearance next year? We’ll see!
Guardians of the Galaxy: Mother Entropy #1 will ship in May.
