At San Diego Comic-Con on Friday, Prime Video revealed the full, official trailer The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power Season 3 not once, but twice. It’s a visual feast in which five years have passed and Sauron is in his full evil regalia, making his way into Mordor.
The trailer shows orcs spreading the word that Sauron has crafted a ring that will control all. Different groups of Middle-earth struggle as they determine their alignment. Durin makes it clear in the trailer that for him, “there are no friends of Mordor here.”
There’s also an intimidating Nazgûl, along with a Balrog which will have dialogue voiced by actor Simon Pegg.

In a surprising moment after the first showing of the trailer, several Nazgûl came onstage to smoke and lighting effects right after Sauron actor Charlie Vickers joked about whether or not he was carrying the One Ring with him. Showrunners J.D. Payne and Patrick McKay also teased orcs with hero arcs in this upcoming season.
The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power Season 3 will premiere on November 11 on Prime Video.
