The Image booth will be in a new space for the first time in a decade at SDCC ’19, complete with the usual signings and con exclusives.
Image will be moving into the central space previously occupied by DC Comics, which has now combined its own booth with parent company Warner Bros. Indeed, Image will be at #1915. In that space, the Image booth will have its usual host of signings and con exclusives, most of which are related to Spawn. For Image, this is basically the Summer of Spawn, with Spawn #300 due in August and #301 (which it says makes it the longest-tenured creator-owned comic) coming in September.
Another highlight is the jacketed hardcover of the Ed Brubaker/Sean Phillips Bad Weekend, which will almost certainly be finding its way into my backpack (paid for, of course) at some point during the show.
