Next Wednesday sees the release of Sabrina: Something Wicked #5. The final issue of the latest Sabrina, the Teenage Witch series by Kelly ThompsonVeronica FishAndy Fish, and Jack Morelli finds our heroine at the mercy of the magical serial killer she’s been tracking since the series began. With her magic blocked, Sabrina will have to depend on her friends to help her escape and stop the killer before she can strike again.

The end of Something Wicked also marks the end of Archie Comics’s currently-scheduled monthly single-issue comics. While the publisher has some classic-style one-shots on their schedule for March and April, no single-issue titles in the style of the 2015 relaunch are on the docket for those months, nor are any Archie Horror titles. Archie has said that they have big plans for this year, their 80th anniversary, and hopefully those include continuing those stories in one way or another, as between superstar writer Mariko Tamaki on the main Archie series and Thompson and the Fishes on Sabrina it really felt like things were coming together nicely before last year’s Diamond shutdown derailed their plans. I’m sure we’ll have more on that as it develops.

In the meantime, check out the four-page preview, as well as covers by Veronica Fish, Sweeney Boo, and Andy Fish, for Sabrina: Something Wicked #5 below. The issue arrives in stores and digitally next Wednesday, February 17th.

The thrilling conclusion of Sabrina: Something Wicked is here, and it’s going to put our magical teen heroine face-to-face in a battle against someone unexpected—will everything Sabrina’s learned about magic help her through this ordeal?
