The European Union has ended their customs exemption on small e-commerce parcels and placed a flat €3 tariff on anything delivered into the EU - which is already starting to cause headaches in the world of comics. Publishers, small presses, and Kickstarters doing international shipping take note.
PlayStation's decision to stop producing discs is about more than convenience; it is another step toward a future where players pay more, own less, and depend entirely on platform holders for access.
