With just one season of TV left in the Marvel/Netflix partnership, there are plenty of questions as to how it will end. In the first trailer for Jessica Jones season three, which will be the series’ swan song, the noir vibe of the series reaches an all-time high as Jessica (Krysten Ritter), Trish (Rachael Taylor) and Jeri (Carrie-Anne Moss) take vastly different approaches to dealing with a baddie who wants Jessica dead — and will seemingly stop at nothing to reach his goal.
This trailer also gives us our first real glimpse of Trish as Hellcat, including how that identity drives a rift between her and Jessica. It seems heroism itself is called into question this season as these women fight for their lives — and each other.
Jessica Jones season three hits Netflix Friday, June 14. Check out the trailer below and tune in to see how the series — and Marvel’s partnership with Netflix — comes to an end.
