During Prime Video’s New York Comic Con panel on Saturday, the company treated attendees to a trailer and exclusive episode clip. These were presented in concert with a conversation with executive producer, co-creator, and showrunner Robert Kirkman and executive producer Simon Racioppa.

The first half of Invincible Season 2 will premiere on November 3 on Prime Video, with new episodes airing weekly. The second half of the season will premiere in early 2024, totaling eight episodes altogether.

Invincible is based on the comic book series of the same name created by Kirkman, Cory Walker, and Ryan Ottley. The story follows 18-year-old Mark Grayson AKA the titular hero Invincible, whose father, Omni-Man, is the most powerful superhero on Earth. In Season 2, Mark has to navigate his fear of becoming like his dad while also struggling from the betrayal of a friend.
