After that amazing trailer last month teasing not only Sir Patrick Stewart reprising Professor X but the introduction of Marvel’s Illuminati, I think it’s safe to say that Marvel Studios has another winner on their hands with Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. As tie-in merchandise slowly begins to hit shelves, prepare for fans to glean whatever information they can ahead of the film’s release. Marvel unveiled the new Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness Funko figures.
No surprise, Doctor Strange himself has quite a few “variants” (if you get my drift) in this Funko line. Perhaps most notably, it seems to confirm that the mysterious doppelganger in the first teaser trailer is in fact the Strange Supreme who debuted in the What If…? animated series.
Besides Strange, the other new Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness Funko figures include Wong and America Chavez, returning characters like Master Mordo and Christine Palmer, and new characters including Rintrah the Minotaur and a mysterious new character named Sara. To my knowledge, nothing about Sara has been officially revealed yet including the actress portraying the character. Let the fan speculation begin!
Of course, once the film is release I’m sure we can expect another wave of more Funko figures including Professor Xavier and the Superior Iron Man. Presuming they are in fact in the film. But at this point, unless Marvel pulls another Ralph Bohner, it seems to be guaranteed.

Yes, I’m really looking forward to these figures! I love marvel in general! I used to work as a shop assistant in a sports nutrition shop and I watched the whole universe in a week!
