When Disney entered the toy-to-life game genre with Disney Infinity there was little doubt the house of mouse would exploit this opportunity for every last drop of its worth to figuratively print money. With an almost endless library of Disney characters along with the additions of Star Wars and Marvel fans could end up with thousands of tiny figures invading their shelves. Then over the past three years Disney Interactive released newer versions of the game itself annually. Now gamers had to spend another $59.99-$99 for an updated game or new hardware on top of all the new figures they’d fawn over. Disney’s heard the feedback and instead of releasing a Disney Infinity 4.0 this year the publisher has opted for bigger content updates in 2016 through new toy sets. First of which comes from the Marvel side.
If you’ve been waiting for the cutest Marvel Civil War ever you’re in luck…

Marvel Battlegrounds has a Civil War vibe to the game play. Which makes sense with the inclusion of several upcoming costumes inspired by this May’s Captain America Civil War film. The Marvel Battlegrounds playset comes with a Captain America figure in highly recognizable Civil War pose.
In addition Disney Interactive made available the first figures based on the upcoming Zootopia animated movie hitting theaters March 4th.
