Amanda and I tied the knot. Finally. pic.twitter.com/ZjRbfOvKnA

According to the above tweet, one of comics most loved couples tied the knot yesterday. Jimmy Palmiotti and Amanda Conner are so close that everyone assumed they were married already, but the big day gave the bride a chance to wear some truly spectacular tights and footwear, so it had to happen. The groom wore flip-flops. But that’s why they go together.
I’m sure I speak for pretty much the whole comics world in wishing them total joy and happiness.
Palmiotti is the author of books such as Weapon of God, Deep Sea, Batwing and literally more things than you can keep track of. Conner is the artist on Silk Spectre, Power Girl and also a zillion things. Together, they are collaborating on writing an upcoming new Harley Quinn mini series.
An awesome couple, great people, talented!
CONGRATS!
Mazel tov!
Wow, didn’t they get engaged in 2000 (I think I was there for it at WWC). That is a very long engagement.
L’chaim!
Congrats you two! Best wishes!
Congrats!
Wow. congrats!!
Two of the most wonderful and talented people I know.
LOVE YOU GUYS! CONGRATULATIONS!
Contemporary Comics’ First Couple, as far as I am concerned. Big congrats to both.
There’s hope for the rest of us! Congrats!
Wow! I thought they were RENEWING their vows.
Love. The. Tights. And the wedding gown is equally nifty. Somebody should ask her to draw Batman ’66.
Thanks everyone. It was a surprise wedding . With Amanda’s family in town we figured it was a good time to go for it since we have been engaged over 10 years since I proposed in Venice, Italy so long ago. We couldnt be happier.
About time Jimmy made a honest woman of Amanda :-)
Congratulations!
I’ve often wondered when Amanda was going to make an honest man of Jimmy. No more living in sin, I guess. ;)
Congratulations!
Congratulations☺!!! Can’t wait for the Harley
mini-series
Amanda’s first husband still operates a comic book store called Funny Books around the corner from my mom’s house in Parsippany, NJ.
Nice little store. Although, I wish it was around while I was growing up there.
