Additionally, Ignition Press shares it is sponsoring RCCC x ComicsPro Retailer Day, which will unfold this year across two days (Sep. 10-11). Ignition’s presentation will be held at 10:30am on Thursday, and participate in round table discussions on Friday. Daniel Crary, the company’s sales manager, will be present there, and host a Drink N Draw event on Friday night, for which Ignition has donated signed copies of all three covers to the winners’ prize bags.

Crary said in a statement, “Rose City Comic Con is one of the best regional shows in the country. They take such excellent care of creators, fans, and publishers, and they have extended that same courtesy to comic shop owners with the RCCC x ComicsPro Retailer Day. This year’s two-day event is the perfect way for Pacific Northwest retailers to get facetime with Ignition and other publishers about the state of the market, upcoming initiatives, and the opportunities to grow readership in their stores.”

Regular copies of The Folk of Dooney Hollow #1, by Haun and Alex Lins, will be released in comic book stores beforehand on September 9, while Prima Apparata and Cult-de-Sac #1 are out now. For more Ignition and Rose City Comic Con news, stay tuned to The Beat.
