Peggy Wolohan von Burkleo sent me along a link to her manga-style webcomic Samhain Night, which she describes as “a dark modern Celtic faerietale set in modern times.” Samnahain is of course the origianl Celtic name for the holiday we call Halloween, a time when the borders between worlds become thin. van Burkleo has contributed to Womanthology: Heroic and describes herself as a expert in all things Celtic. There are six issues of the story up — enough to pass a lot of time while you wait for the trick or treating to begin!
