When Nickelodeon debuted Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles that featured a radically different interpretation of those beloved terrapins it understandably took some classic TMNT fans by surprise. But if there’s one thing TMNT has been known for in its over 30 year history is mutating and changing. At Toy Fair this past weekend, Playmates Toys unveiled its next wave of Rise of the TMNT products hitting shelves next fall just in time when the second season airs.

I personally was taken by the interactive TMNT Babble Heads Leonardo that puts to shame the low-key toys I had growing up like 2-XL. The highlight has to be hearing original recordings of the voice of Leo himself, Ben Schwartz. But take my word for it—check out video footage below from the Beat’s Instagram.
