We like our Comic-Con, and our TCAF and all the other great North American comics extravaganzas, but only London has a comics festival which runs for a WHOLE MONTH. It’s called Comica and it’s going on now. A bunch of amazing events alreayd tooks place, such as the Comiket show and an appearances by both Crumbs, but there are still a ton of great things to do through the end of the month, including appearances by Alison Bechdel, Posey Simmonds, Kevin O’Neill, Joan Sfar, art openings, talks, films and much more.
