You can feel the excitement as the next two weeks wind down to the launch of Disney+ on November 12, and much of that excitement has to do with the debut of the new live action “Star Wars” series, The Mandalorian, executive produced by Jon Favreau.

Almost exactly one week after the new trailer for Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, Disney+ has released a second trailer for The Mandalorian, and it’s a typically slower build with lots of cool Star Wars-related images… but they’re narrated by the unmistakable voice of Werner Herzog! Anyone who has watched one of Herzog’s documentaries knows the weight his German accent narration brings to them, and it does the same for this trailer. We also get to hear Pedro Pascal’s voice coming from the helmeted title bounty hunter for the first time.

Pascal is best known for his recurring role on Netflix’s Narcos and in Matthew Vaughn‘s Kingsman: the Golden Circle, though last week, he was also confirmed to be playing Maxwell Lord in Patti Jenkins‘ Wonder Woman 1984. Not much else is known about the 8-episode first season of the series other than the fact that Pascal’s character is a “lone gunman” who travels around the far reaches of the galaxy away from the New Republic.

“Star Wars” fans certainly have a lot to look forward to over the next few months, but Disney and Lucasfilm are being extra careful about releasing episodes of the series in advance of its debut, because there is rumored to be at least one major spoiler, possibly on par with a few of those from Game of Thrones.

Episode 1 of the series will be available at the launch of Disney+ on November 12, and you can watch that new trailer below. Let us know what you think!
