With Amazon Prime Video’s upcoming adaptation of Garth Ennis and Darick Robertson’s The Boys hitting this summer, readers have been scrambling to get their hands on the comics before watching the first episode. If you haven’t snagged yours yet, time—and copies—are running out.
Dynamite Comics has said that they are selling through many of their collections. The Boys Volume 1 Omnibus is currently sold out and Volume 2 Omnibus featuring Darick Robertson art covers is approaching gone status as well.  The publisher has said they are currently trying to replenish their stock with new printings as soon as possible, hopefully in time for the series premiere.
Before you panic, photo covers featuring images from the streaming series are still available for both volume 1 and 2 in limited quantities. Preorders for volume 3, however, seem to be on the same path, with art covers nearly gone at the time of this writing but photo covers still available.
The Boys stars Karl Urban as Billy Butcher, Ennis’ unlikely hero who is tasked with keeping the supers in check. In this gritty, violent, and graphic series, “Never Meet Your Heroes” couldn’t be truer, and Butcher’s team is not about to let the powered crowd abuse their status for much longer.
To get your copies, head over to Dynamite’s online store. The Boys series premieres on Amazon on July 26.
