Following the announcements of a new ongoing X-Men series and the return of Indiana Jones to the House of Ideas, Marvel revealed several new titles at its “Marvel’s Next Big Thing” panel on Friday at San Diego Comic-Con 2026. In addition to recounting last month’s news of the upcoming Infernal Hulk Vs. one-shots, the publisher revealed a new Venom ongoing and a Mary Jane Watson limited series.

Debuting in October, Venom is written by Charles Soule and illustrated by Tommaso Bianchi, with issue #1 cover art by Davide Paratore and a variant by Nick Bradshaw. The story reunites the original alien symbiote and Eddie Brock for what the latter hopes is a heroic era for the iconic duo. Here’s the full synopsis:

THEY ARE VENOM!

Eddie Brock and Venom are reunited — and it feels so good! After years apart, once again THEY ARE VENOM, and Eddie is not going to let this opportunity go to waste. He is determined to be the ultimate host for the symbiote and be the hero he knows he can be…and he’s not going to let any other super heroes say otherwise! Writer Charles Soule (Daredevil, Star Wars) and artist Tommaso Bianchi (Daredevil/Punisher: The Devl’s Trigger, Thunderbolts) bond together to bring us this story of two becoming one!
