Kane really knew human anatomy, but did tend to use a lot of similar poses.
My least favourite was his ubiquitous “looking up someone’s nose” low angle. A head as drawn from below, fully detailing the inside of the nostrils. There was the straight-on low version and the three quarter angle variations.
