It’s beginning to look a lot like the holiday season in Riverdale in the Archie’s Holiday Magic Special anthology one-shot, arriving December 8th, 2021, and that can only mean one thing: DRAMA! The annual Snow Ball is rolling up fast, and Archie can’t choose whether to bring Betty or Veronica.

Erksine variant!

But when Archie’s visited by a spirit who promises to help him better understand the meaning behind the season, Archie will end up examining Christmases Past (Little Archie) and Christmases Yet to Come (Life with Archie)!

Another Anthology!

Last month, Archie Comics announced the Chilling Adventures in Sorcery one-shot anthology, arriving at your local comic shop on November 3rd, 2021. That news was accompanied by the promise of additional seasonal one-shot anthologies, spearheaded by Archie Comics Senior Director of Editorial, Jamie L. Rotante.

Now, thanks to the Archie’s Holiday Magic Special, that promise has begun to be fulfilled!

This issue promises to blend the singular world of Riverdale with the saccharine sentimentality of a Hallmark Christmas movie… But remember, kids: always offset your sweetness with a nice cheeseburger from Pop’s Chock’Lit Shoppe!
