A new Hellboy and the BPRD one-shot is coming out in May, publisher Dark Horse Comics has announced.
The book, titled Hellboy and the BPRD: Her Fatal Hour, will (of course) be written by Mike Mignola, with art by Tiernen Trevallion and colors by Dave Stewart. Due on May 20, it features a pair of stories, and it is essentially a follow-up to last year’s Hellboy and the BRPD: The Beast of Vargu one-shot, although it is set years after.
The first story in this new one-shot will see the Romani women who helped Hellboy in the aforementioned battle with the Beast of Vargu needing a debt repaid. This story will also feature communication via old puppet, magic and (of course) mayhem. The second story will see Hellboy squaring off against a phantom (boom!).
