Next week will see the release of Edgar Allan Poe’s Snifter of Death #4, the latest issue of the horror humor anthology series from AHOY Comics. The issue features a trio of stories from creative teams Rick Geary & Lee Loughridge; Norm Fields, Joel Ojeda, Juan Castro, & Rob Steen; and Bryce Ingman, Ryan Kelly, Andy Troy, & Steen. Today The Beat is pleased to present an exclusive first look at Ingman, Kelly, Troy, & Steen’s story, “Edgar Allan Poe’s Werewolf of Washington,” which follows a politician who secretly undergoes lupine transformations under the full moonlight.

“Werewolf of Washington” is writer Bryce Ingman’s latest story from AHOY. Ingman is also currently co-writing the phenomenal My Bad with Mark Russell and artists Peter KrauseKelly Fitzpatrick. Both Ingman and artist Ryan Kelly have also previously had work featured in the Edgar Allan Poe’s Snifter series, with the former having two stories in Snifter of Terror, and the latter one Snifter of Terror and two Snifter of Blood credits to his name.
