If you’re looking for a way to fill some time in your afternoon, either due to a shelter-in-place order or out of non-COVID-19-related boredom, DC has a few things planned to cover you. Starting today at 3:00 PM Eastern/noon Pacific, the publisher will be holding daily livestream events on Instagram. “DC Daily Live” will feature interviews with creators like Dark Nights: Death Metal artist Greg Capullo and Harley Quinn & The Birds of Prey creators Jimmy Palmiotti and Amanda Conner.

In addition, following the hour-long “DC Daily Live,” DC Universe subscribers will have the opportunity to attend live Q&A sessions with the featured creators by accessing through the streaming service’s community board.

With questions about new comic production/release up in the air in the wake of Diamond’s suspension of new product shipment due to the COVID-19 pandemic, DC is clearly looking to maintain fan engagement and enthusiasm in the face of a lack of their weekly comic fix. No word on whether “DC Daily Live” or the DC Universe Q&A sessions will run past this week.

The first “DC Daily Live” is set to begin in less than an hour on DC’s Instagram page (@dccomics). DC Universe subscribers can also access the Q&A threads for Greg Capullo and Palmiotti & Conner to post their own questions for the creators.
