Nice art: Toby Cypress and RODD RACER
Longtime readers of The Beat will know we are big fans of Toby Cypress's strange but beautiful art, seen on things like Killing Girl and The Schizophrenic. When we ran yesterday's news about a new Suicide Girls comic from IDW, the PR included a rough version of the cover by Cameron Stewart. Stewart tweeted the finished version and it's a lot nicer. And for a comic based on a website featuring nude models, it is totally classy.

Tumbling Tumblr blogs: Moebius art
quenched consciousness is devoted to panels from the great French cartoonist Moebius, without whom there would be no HEAVY METAL, Lt. Blueberry, TRON, ALIEN, and many other wondrous things.
