Sunday Haha’s first issue was released on May 10th, 2020.
Now, nearly a year later, there are 50 available issues, with more coming each week (and that’s a lot of awesome comics)!
Sunday Haha is edited by Jen de Oliveira and Mika Song, who both frequently contribute strips.
And there are plenty of other incredibly talented creators contributing comic strips, from up-and-coming and established comics creators alike! The talent featured so far includes Jarret Lerner, Lark Pien, Meggie Ramm, Dave Roman, Aron Nels Steinke, Dan & Jason, Lala Watkins, Ashley Blender, Dan Moynihan, Nidhi Chanani, Jarod Roselló, Sam Wedelich, Remy Lai, Travis Jonker, Alice Chu, Amelia, Breena Nuñez, Katherine Battersby, Sagan, Vikram Madan, Ruth Chan, Luke M., Maria Scrivan, Leah, Sam Carbaugh, Zoey, Izzy Boyce-Blanchard, Stan Yan, Kelly Light, Isabel Roxas, Kaeti Vandorn, Nicki Shaw, Tom Eaton, and Ruthie Lafond.
The comics include plenty of stories about animals and cute magical creatures – and of course, you can expect plenty of chuckles!
In addition to the piles of free comics, Sunday Haha also includes interesting questions about each strip to prompt discussion with young readers.
Furthermore, each issue of Sunday Haha also includes updates on the current projects of the featured cartoonists, so there’s always a clear avenue to supporting their most recent work, as well as updates with information about current relevant events.
