I generally don’t go-in for these Marvel posters, most of which are a pretty uninspired bunch, beyond that first really great Guardians of the Galaxy poster that parlayed its tone perfectly and was aesthetically pleasing.

But this Spider-Man: Homecoming one-sheet is very good. Putting him in full view of Avengers tower, headphones strapped to his head, its a great way to portray this new millennial Spidey.

I wonder what he’s listening to?

Spider-Man: Homecoming hits theaters on July 7th.

  1. You and I must have completely different taste. I kept seeing a thumbnail of this image in my newsfeed and kept ignoring it because I just assumed that it was bad fan art. I had no idea an actual major global corporation would release something this unrelentingly mediocre and graphically uninteresting (and poorly photographed) as the first poster for one of their films. To say that I don’t like it would be an understatement.
