I’m gonna go out on a limb and guess the majority of people who subscribed to the DC Universe streaming service did so in order to catch the much anticipated third season of Young Justice: Outsiders. After revealing the 2019 release schedule for its original programing, DC announced that that the animated series would premiere on January 4, 2019 with a tantalizing teaser trailer.
The tease of Apokolips is no surprise since Kirby’s Fourth World featured prominently through out the show with Outsiders promising even more Kirby characters and concepts such as Forager. Fans will recall the cliffhanger ending at the end of Season 2 wherein Vandal Savage arrived on Apokolips and the official of introduction of Darkseid in Young Justice.
