Earlier this month, Nickelodeon unveiled the first look of the upcoming new Rise of the TMNT cartoon debuting later in the year. It’s a bold and different direction to say the least. At this year’s Toy Fair, Playmates released images of the the toy tie-ins that also revealed a new villain for the cartoon named Meat Sweats. Plus a new look for the Foot Ninja.
