In an announcement made on Thursday, January 13th, 2022, Archie Comics announced a new impending one-shot: The Fox: Family Values, featuring new stories by Dean Haspiel, Vito Delsante, Richard Ortiz, Matt Herms, and Jack Morelli, along with a reprint of a classic Fox tale by Alex Toth.
The one-shot spotlighting the super heroic Patton family will feature a main cover by Haspiel and a variant by George Caltsoudas.
The Fox: Family Values
According to the press release from Archie Comics, the one-shot will open with “Mid-Life Pisces,” written and with art by Haspiel. This story will follow patriarch Paul (The Fox), matriarch Mae (She Fox), and son Shinji (Ghost Fox) as they attempt to resolve their philosophical differences.
Next up is “Back to Back,” written by Delsante and with line art by Ortiz, which flashes back to the days before Paul and Mae had wed… but when their wedding rehearsal is interrupted by a super villain, making it all the way to the altar might prove more difficult than they first imagined.
And rounding out the one-shot will be a reprint of a classic Fox story by Toth.
