The E3 leaked LEGO DC Villains game might not be such a rumor after all. TT Games twitter account is teasing a countdown to the game’s reveal. If all signs point to yes then TT Games and WB Games will make the announcement on May 29.
Following the tweet’s link leads readers to a countdown clock with the words “Chaos is Coming”. The site’s countdown ends in a few days so we won’t have to wait long for the first definitive information on the game. Last year TT Games released LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2 which followed their LEGO Avengers title. It’s about time for Arthur Parsons and the team to jump back into the DC Comics universe.
In January, it was reported by several sources that TT Games were developing a LEGO The Incredibles game and a new DC Comics themed game concurrently. We already know LEGO The Incredibles will be coming this June in time to cash in on The Incredibles 2 when it hits theaters. LEGO DC Villains would likely follow later this year as a holiday release.
It should also be noted LEGO DC Villains was part of a major leak on a Canadian Walmart website listing. So far it looks like both Bethesda’s Rage 2 and TT Games new LEGO game were right meaning it might not be so long before fans hear about the other big title on that leak, Ubisoft’s Splinter Cell.
