The Boys television adaptation is set to premiere on Amazon Prime Video on July 26, starring Karl Urban, Jack Quaid, and Simon Pegg. To get old and new fans ready, Dynamite Comics and Humble Bundle have teamed up for an exciting, limited time bundle of Garth Ennis classics.

Humble Bundle features a “Pay What You Want” structure so that readers can purchase whatever fits their budget. For the Ennis bundle, readers can choose from three scaled tiers with the chance to buy up to almost 200 issues (over 4600 pages) at a ridiculous savings of nearly 99% off.

To make it even more palatable, the proceeds from sales will be contributed to EveryLibrary Institute, a non-profit organization devoted to research, data, training, and education concerning libraries and librarians across the US and globally. The importance of libraries and librarians is critical, and many comic readers found their favorite works in libraries that support the medium.

Ennis is one of the most acclaimed creators of this era. His boundary-pushing works have redefined characters such as John Constantine, and some of his best work came in the form of Vertigo’s Preacher. That series attracted comedian/producers Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg, who produced a TV adaptation of the book now going on its fourth season.

Dynamite picked up the Ennis and Darick Robertson collaboration, The Boys, after the series left Wildstorm. The 90-issue opus is one of the longest running independent comics in the industry, and Dynamite was hand-picked by Ennis and Robertson to pick up the satirical series for an acclaimed six-year run.

Besides The Boys, other works included in the bundle are Battlefields, Ennis’ antihero creation Jennifer Blood (and the issues written by Immortal Hulk writer Al Ewing), A Train Called Love, and Red Team. The artist list features greats such as Robertson, Carlos Ezquerra, John McCrea, Russ Braun, Kewber Baal, Tim Bradstreet, John Cassaday, and more.

“I’ve done some of my favorite work for Dynamite, and I’m delighted to see The Boys, Battlefields, Red Team, and the rest presented for a new audience,” said Ennis.

“As we’re getting closer and closer to The Boys debut on Prime, myself and the Dynamite team cannot freaking wait for The Boys to debut,” said Nick Barrucci, Dynamite Publisher and CEO. “We thought the perfect way to get everyone ready for the show was to team up with our buddies at Humble Bundle and offer an outstanding deal for those looking to refresh their memories or dive into the series for the first time. Plus all of Garth’s other classics we’ve published through the years. And for a great cause, with EveryLibrary Institute joining on!”
