I like the site and the kittens, but mostly I’m checking out the commenting system.

The Beat Kittens is either an unfortunate pairing of words or the latest indie band. The new website looks great!

Congrats on the new site (and the kittens) – it looks great.

It’s worth noting that this is the first big comics site that actually looks good on mobile.
For all the praise comics bloggers give about digital, only one site (6 years since the first iPhone) actually steps.
Color me happy, Heidi. Nice.
*now we just need to talk about your RSS.

OH MY GOD those cats!!!!

Pretty sneaky, using kittens to generate traffic.
I love the markings on “Seek” and the nice uniform coloring of “Hide”!

Maggie & Hopey?
Or perhaps some Tolkien influenced named? :)

The tiger-striped (Hide?) is awfully cute. Its markings give it a wonderful melancholy expression.
If it were me, I’d probably name them Goofus & Gallant. And I would soon discover that I had the names reversed.

Digging the new site setup.
Cute kittens… how about “Kit” n’ “Caboodle” ?

Black & Tan?

New site looks great, Heidi.
Those cats, on the other hand, clearly intend to steal your breath while you sleep.

Perfection. Because kittens.
*Always* because kittens.

It really doesn’t matter what you name your cat/kitten it will invariably be known by some other nickname you develop months later.

Kittens are a definitive improvement! Congrats on the move, feel a little lost, but that’s perfectly normal at the beginning.

Not a fan of the three columns design that eat half the page.

Nice upgrade.
Like the last upgrade, it does seem to be suffering from too much grey, which doesn’t mesh with the tone of the blog. I’m sure you’ll break the new format in at some point, like you did after the last upgrade.

Late to the game – but love yr new site. The news seems different too, which is good. Feels like a site covering ALL comics. Maybe just me, but I thought it was becoming too DC/Marvel centric for a while. All best.
So what are their names?
we’re figuring that out. So far “Hide” and “Seek”
Not Hyde and Jekyll?
I like what you have done with the new place!
