It looks like Deadly Class won’t be getting a second season after all. According to reports, SyFy has canceled the Rick Remender comic adaptation after just one season. The network also dropped Happy!, which ran for two seasons and adapted Grant Morrison’s and Darick Robertson’s graphic novel of the same name.
While it’s unclear whether Deadly Class will be shopped around to other networks, Variety reports that Universal Content Productions does hope to find a new home for Happy!. Given how vocal fans have been about the former getting another season, it’s likely we’ll see a renewal petition soon.
