This week’s Small Press Spotlight shines on Stealth Hammer, a comic we featured in our crowdfunding roundup last year that now has two issues ready for reading. Described as a “superhero adventure in a world of sci-fi tech and mythology,” the creative team includes creator/writer Ryan Drost, artists and colorists Joel Jackson, Alexandra Scott, Ross Hughes, Evan Evans, Laci Hart, and Julio Santos, and letterer Dave Sharpe.

Read the details here:

“Stealth Hammer is an all-ages, superhero adventure comic that tells the story of Jami Taylor, a teenage college student, whose “never-give-up” attitude is launched into a family legacy she never dreamed possible. It’s a world of high-tech gadgetry and supernatural mythology that will captivate those who are young or young at heart.

Taking on the moniker Stealth Hammer, Jami will find that her ancestry traces back to legendary heroes including King Arthur of Camelot and the Norse god Thor. She will face numerous challenges against folkloric beings and mechanical nightmares. Both fabled and technological allies will aid in her quest to learn more about her family and in her battles against threats determined to destroy her lineage.”
