Thanks to COVID-19, there are no in-person conventions this year, but that doesn’t mean fans are completely without their show fix. San Diego Comic-Con is offering an at-home version in place of its usual massive July event, and publishers such as Dynamite already have a few virtual panels scheduled.

The panels promise big SDCC announcements and deep dives into some of their top series. Also look for teasers on future books and plots as well as conversations with top creators.

SDCCOn Thursday, July 23 at 11 AM PST, James Bond 007 in comic books will be discussed by current writer Danny Lore (Ironheart) as well as Greg Pak (Star Wars, Incredible Hulk) and Reflections of Death contributor Mark Russell (Red Sonja, Swamp Thing). Editors Nate Cosby and Matt Idelson will also share their experience with the character. Surprise guest Steve Orlando of Martian Manhunter and Wonder Woman fame may or may not be discussing a new series with more details coming soon.
