Dynamite Comics has announced two new collectible coins featuring Red Sonja for your collection. These limited edition coins are produced using a high quality colorization technique over an authentic US John F. Kennedy half dollar plated in genuine 24-karat gold.
The set displays art by two of Sonja’s most iconic artists Lucio Parrillo and J. Scott Campbell. The Parrillo coin design is from the artist’s cover to Queen Sonja #24, while Campbell’s coin is based on his Red Sonja (2016) #2 cover.
Each comes with a full-color Certificate of Authenticity and a protective acrylic coin capsule. And if that’s not enough, they are in fact legal tender. Recommended retail is $29.99 but the inaugural edition of the coins are being offered at a special intro price of $19.73 representing the year of Red Sonja’s first appearance.

The Red Sonja Lucio Parrillo Collectible Coin and the J. Scott Campbell Coin will be available for preorder in July with a scheduled release set for September.
