Dark Horse Comics has released a preview of Fight Club 3 #2. The sequel series by writer Chuck Palahniuk and artists Cameron Stewart and Dave McCaig continues the story of Tyler Durden, Marla Singer, and the legacy of Project Mayhem.
Here’s how the publisher describes Fight Club 3 #2:
The movement that’s replaced Project Mayhem wants to recruit Marla Singer, and all hell breaks loose for Tyler Durden’s screwed-up family. Tyler is determined to be a father to the child Marla carries, and they re just starting to learn the truth about the new group’s ruthless and deviant plan for paradise.
Each issue of the series includes important supplemental content that, according to Palahniuk, will not be included in the collected edition of the story:
“If you’re waiting for the compiled Fight Club 3 book, don’t,” said writer Chuck Palahniuk.” “It’s a year away and won’t include the Miss Information column, a crucial element of grasping the entire story. Woe to you who miss out on Miss Information’s contribution to the FC3 mythos.”‘
Fight Club 3 is a sequel to Palahniuk’s 1996 novel, and to the 10-issue sequel miniseries, Fight Club 2, by Palahniuk and Stewart that was published in 2015/16. Check out the covers to Fight Club 3 #2 by David Mack, Cameron Stewart, and Francesco Francavilla, as well as the first five pages of the issue, below. Fight Club 3 #2 is due in stores tomorrow, February 27th.
