In an article posted to the official website on Wednesday, October 13th, 2021, Mad Cave Studios announced that Mad Cave Showcase 4.0 will be taking place on Friday, October 22nd, 2021 at noon Eastern Time (9:00 AM Pacific Time).
Showcase 4.0 will be broadcast via the Mad Cave Studios Twitch channel and will feature appearances by some of the publisher’s top talent and the announcement of new projects for both Mad Cave and its YA imprint, Maverick… not to mention the announcement of the winners of the 2021 Talent Search!

2021 Talent Search
Mad Cave Showcase 4.0 will also feature the announcement of the winners of the 2021 Talent Search! Entrants submitted writing and artwork set in Mad Cave’s Wolvenheart universe in order to be considered for this year’s talent search.
In 2019, Shane Connery Volk and David Hazan won the talent search, and went on to create the breakout hit Nottingham. And the 2020 winners of the talent search collaborated with Cullen Bunn on Grimm Tales From the Cave, the outstanding horror anthology that will be available at your local comic shop beginning on October 27th, 2021 (just in time for Halloween… but you can read an interview with the creators right now).
This year, four artists and four writers have been selected and will be announced during the Mad Cave Showcase… as if you needed any more reason to tune in!
