The latest Hellboy movie is due out in theaters in a few short months, and this week we’re getting a better look at what’s coming. IGN debuted a new poster for the Lionsgate film this morning, and revealed that a trailer for the film will be dropping on Thursday. Here’s the poster:

The poster for the franchise reboot features David Harbour’s Hellboy, his horns fully grown, with a crown of flames hovering over his head. It’s a striking, if sparse, image, the red of Hellboy’s skin and the orange of the flames illuminating the film’s logo, all against the pitch-black backdrop of the rest of the poster. The poster also confirms that Hellboy will be viewable in IMAX upon its release.

Harbour also posted a tease for the trailer to his Instagram account, along with another image and some epic-sounding music, and an acknowledgment of the other superhero movie that’s coming out two weeks after Hellboy:

Keep an eye out here on Thursday for the trailer. Directed by Neil Marshall, based on characters created by Mike Mignola, and starring Harbour, Milla Jovovich, Ian McShane, and Daniel Dae Kim, Hellboy is due in theaters on April 12th, 2019.
