The Maestro, an alternate future dictator version of the Hulk, has resonated with comic readers since the concept was introduced in The Incredible Hulk is Future Imperfect story from writer Peter David and artist George Pérez. Marvel revisited the character delving into the Maestro’s origin with a limited series from original writer Peter David last year. It eventually led to a followup miniseires War and Pax. Clearly the Maestro has captured the hearts of fans. Then they’ll definitely love the news that Hasbro has announced a new Marvel Legends Maestro figure.

As toy collectors are already well aware, this isn’t the first time that a Maestro action figure has been produced. In 1997, Toy Biz released its own Maestro figure as part of its Hulk Transformations series that included trophies of various Marvel heroes and villains as accessories including Dr. Strange’s cape, a belt containing the helmets of Ultron, Dr. Doom, Nova, and Iron man, Mjolnir,  Captain America’s shield, Ghost Rider’s chain, and an arm gauntlet made from the adamantium bones of Wolverine.

Before Hasbro eventually took over the Marvel toy license, Toy Biz produced a Marvel Legends Maestro in 2005 as part of the Apocalypse Build-a-Figure line.

Hardcore Hulk fans and collectors will definitely want to add this new Maestro to their collection. Check out the details below.
