While the everyone is still trying to adapt in this brave new world, Harley Quinn certainly is doing well for herself. Between Margot Robbie‘s prominent starring role as the character in Birds of Prey and a long awaited Harley/Ivy moment finally occurring in the acclaimed DC Universe original animated series today, everything seems to coming up Harley. The good times can’t last forever, however, with the sad news from the August DC solicitations that the milestone Harley Quinn #75 will mark the final issue of the ongoing title.

Writer Sam Humphries, who began his current run with issue #45 more than two years ago, took to Twitter to divulge that this has been the plan for over a year. He also revealed murderers’ row of artists accompanying main artist Guillem March on the final issue, including Sami Basri, Nicola Scott, Emanuela Lupacchino, Ramon Villalobos, Ngozi Ukazu, Joe Quinones, and Riley Rossmo.

Best known for his web comic Check, Please! this issue of Harley marks the first DC Comics work for artist Ngozi Ukazu.

Those who have been paying attention to his social media feed, may have already seen some sneak peek artwork Quinones has been posting.

Considering it’ll feature the much desired face-off between Harley and Punchline, the Joker’s new squeeze and biggest attraction for comic collectors right now, you’d best reserve your copy before it inevitably gets flipped on eBay!
