75 of the most anticipated graphic novels for Spring 2020

Ok, the world may be upended right now, but what better time to hunker down with a good book? If you’ve already gone through our list of Winter 2020’s books, these 75 highly-anticipated graphic novels for Spring 2020 should fit into your reading list. As we shelter at home, publishers have lots to offer, covering national politics, autism and obsessive-compulsive disorder. Want an escape from reality? There are breezy fantasies on the list as well!

Please note that release dates have been pushed back on some of these due to these uncertain times, however all of these books will be out in 2020 – and deserve your attention

April kicks off with reflections on the Chinese Cultural Revolution by EMEI BURRELL, as well as comics and art collections from TOM GAULD and JUNJI ITO. YOSHIHARU TSUGE has a busy Spring with two forthcoming titles, while ADRIAN TOMINE and PACO ROCA contemplate the challenges facing cartoonists. LUCY KNISLEY returns with a new children’s series and BOX BROWN delves into the tragic lives of child stars in his first fiction graphic novel. RALPH NADER takes on the rats of Congress while BONG JOON HO shares artwork and behind-the-scenes commentary on his Academy Award-winning film, Parasite.
