The art of Alexa Sharpe is a sight to behold. It’s evocative, eerie and absolutely gorgeous. I’ve been in a horror mood lately, catching up on horror movies and television I’ve missed and remembered the excellent online interactive work of Alexa Sharpe. She has done wonderful little collection of spooky tales, beautifully illustrated in her wonderful style. More often than not, they’re more picture books than a comics, but they pack a punch nonetheless. Something to read at night with the lights dimmed. One of my absolute favourite may be The Music of Erich Zann, an adaptation of an H.P. Lovecraft shot story. It’s the perfect way to illustrate this story.
You can read The Music of Erich Zann as well as plenty of other illustrated tales over at Alexa’s website. You can also follow Alexa Sharpe on her website or follow her on Twitter.
