The final Black Widow trailer is here and we’ve got a new look at Natasha’s family dynamic. Scarlett Johansson stars alongside Florence Pugh as Yelena Belova, Rachel Weisz as Melina Vostokoff and David Harbour as Alexei Shostakov, AKA the Red Guardian.

For what’s presumably the final mission with the Black Widow, the spy is heading home to confront her past – but fans of the MCU are equally concerned with how its ramifications will affect the future. There’s never really been a Marvel movie that hasn’t sent waves out into the rest of the shared universe, after all. That’s why this final Black Widow trailer is cementing the theory that Pugh’s character may be set up to take over for Natasha after the events of Endgame.

It’s not unprecedented in the comics, either! Although Natasha and Yelena weren’t sisters when she first hit pages, she did eventually become the Black Widow herself following a tenure with A.I.M., S.H.I.E.L.D. and HYDRA.

In the final Black Widow trailer below, the two Red Room alumni mop the floor with a handful of baddies, alongside their mom and dad. Check it out for yourself and gear up. Black Widow hits theaters on May 1, directed by Cate Shortland.
