Maybe An Artist, A Graphic Memoir is the debut graphic novel by Liz Montague. Montague began contributing cartoons to the New Yorker in 2019 at the age of 22, and in the intervening years has done work for the US Open, Google, Food Network, and the Joe Biden presidential campaign. She is also behind the series Liz at Large, which ran in Washington City Paper.
