Vampi’s life has been permanently altered after a tragic plane crash. Not only did it kill a ton of people but it also annihilated her attempt at a normal life. In Vampirella (Vol. 5) #10 the consequences of that crash keep coming, and Vampi’s emotional state is suffering more each day.

Read the official synopsis from Dynamite:

In the aftermath of the tragic plane crash that changed Vampirella’s life, Vampi’s enemies revel in their triumph while she hits emotional rock bottom, having lost the life she’d built as “Ella Normandy.” This leads to Vampi seeking help from two unexpected sources: a trauma specialist working with the airline, and, ultimately, the real enemy who’s been out to destroy her.

Writer Christopher Priest and artist Ergün Gündüz continue their acclaimed run on the book. As expected, fans have a ton of covers to look for from artists like Gündüz,  Lucio Parrillo, Guillem March, and Fay Dalton. There is also a “McFarlane Homage” by Adam Gorham and a Nixie Sweet Cosplay Variant. Look for virgin and black and white versions as well as a Lucio Parrillo CGC-Graded Cover.
