Dark Horse has announced the next volume of its Richard Corben Library collection, and The Beat has all the details. The Best of Fantagor will collect Corben’s early work, including stories from his self-produced comic series, Fantagor.
The Best of Fantagor features an introduction by Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles co-creator Kevin Eastman, plus additional writers Jan Strnad and Doug Moench with illustrations by Corben and restorations by the project’s art director, José Villarrubia.
For the first time ever, the complete “Razar the Unhero” trilogy will be compiled in one volume. The three-part series will be printed alongside the following stories—which span genres from sci-fi to comecy to horror—reprinted from Fantagor #1, 2, 3, 4, 5, Up from the Deep #1, Métal Hurlant #28, Heavy Metal #75, and Grim Wit #1 and 2.
